-CHNYC Youth Scholarship (TBD)- No further details at this time
-Committee (Donna, Jane, Gardner) to develop requirements
-Funding through WAA sponsorships, coin sales, donations
-Yachting Club of America membership for reciprocity ($500.00)-tabled, much discussion on pros and cons. We will relook at an official membership card. Pat Tormey is going to look at the cardstock. Kim Lyons to give David a call about the digital passport. Kim and Pat will also look at reciprocal agreement between local yacht clubs.
-Purchase of Otter.ai - transcription/voice recognition software for minutes. Testing free software and will buy $100/yr Pro plan if the free software doesn’t meet our needs.
-Other income is from WAA

-Return of One Day Race Management Seminar training - $350.00

-Set up and materials for West Marine Lines and Splicing course. May have income via course fees.

-Coin inventory doubled by vendor to correct production error.

-12/18 Wreath-laying at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter

-Ron recommended Sportsman Award change to John B. Bonds Memorial Sportsperson Award- consensus by Exec Board
-Tripp will check on forwarding Sportsperson Awardee to US Sailing for inclusion in their Sportsman Award
