All, Attached are the proposed Amended Bylaws to be voted on during the General Election on 30 May 2015. Nominee(s) for Vice Commodore will be addressed during the meeting. Changes to Bylaws include changes to Article 3.1 Membership to allow lawful dependents of Department of Defense (DOD) employees and retirees to be regular members and to stipulate lawful dependents as defined by DOD rules for dependents, to clarify Article 3.2 giving examples of activities for qualification to be an associate member, to add female pronouns (she with he and her with his) and to correct a spelling error.
