Attached below is the Notice of Race for our CHNYC Wednesday Evening Series for 2013. It is also posted on our official website at www.chnyc.org . The race committee is in the process of getting a Marine Event Permit for our Wednesday Series from the USCG. Please read our NOR carefully. The [RRS] rules have changed including some of the definitions. We've scheduled a rules [2013-2016] seminar for the evening of 17 April. The final SI will be available by 8 May after the marina [dock] office opens. If you search our Racing Kiosk race.chnyc.org you may be able to find an early draft version of our SI. In the coming week or so, you should be able to pay your membership dues and pay race fees for 2013 with one visit to our online registration system shop.chnyc.org .
