Ongoing Dry Land Strength & Conditioning training, every Wednesday and Saturday. All invited.
Fleet captains are getting their programs up and running. Fleet captains are listed on website. Email them if you’d like to be added to their email lists.
Marina opening May 1.

Election of Secretary
Interim Secretary (M. Blanchard) certified the quorum
Monica Blanchard nominated by petition signed by Lyons, Nevins, Schuldheiss, Jenison, DeAscentis, Kneller
No other nominations.
Majority vote of the quorum (1/10 of the regular membership) required to elect
VOTE: Elect M. Blanchard as Secretary. All in favor via voice vote; motion carried.

Proposed Amendment to Bylaws Article 4.6
May be amended by a vote of 2/3 of the quorum
From - The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held in November each year, at a place to be determined by the Executive Board.
To - The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held in October or November each year, at a place to be determined by the Executive Board.
VOTE to amend Bylaws Article 4.6: Motion to approve by C. Nevins; second by R. Oard.
B. Kneller launched poll to vote
2 regular members were unable to access poll and voted verbally
Motion carried: 23/24 vote yes, with 1 Associate member in attendance not eligible to vote.
