The NOR and SI for the President's Cup is posted on the official website www.chnyc.org under regattas. Among the milestones are an RRS review at noon on 30 Sep and a skipper's meeting [and boat lottery] on 3 Oct at noon. Dockout is at noon on 4 Oct and first warning signal at 1300. CHNYC makes our race kit available to the NWC-PC race committee. This regatta is run by the war college for the war college competitors. The OA's regatta co-chairs are Ron Oard and Paul Schmidle; Tripp Alyn is the PRO.
