Annual membership subscription

When subscribing for 2018 family membership the membership receipt states “Family” but the only name on the actual ID is mine. It doesn’t show my spouse’s name. In the past my wife has used the ID with both of our names to visit Newport Yatch Club on her own. Has the way membership ID is printed changed? Out Of The Blue
