Vessel Safety Checks and RI DEM No Discharge Inspections

CHNYC will host vessel safety checks and RI DEM No Discharge Inspections this Saturday, June 4. The US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Checks are the easiest way to ensure that your boat meets current federal and state boating safety requirements. Also, no discharge certification is required for many boats operating in RI waters. Decals are issued upon successful completion. Vessel Safety Checks are free, and no discharge inspections have a $35.00 fee.  Email Charles Jenison at Treasurer@chnyc.us to schedule your boat check.
