Join us to open the 2015 Coasters Harbor Navy Yacht Club season. This event will be held at the Officer’s Club, NAVSTA, Newport, RI on Saturday, May 30th, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

  • 6:00 – 7:00 Cash Bar and Entertainment by the George Zecher Orchestra Steel Appeal – Steel Drum Band
  • 6:45 – 7:00 General Membership Meeting (Vote on By-law changes)
  • 7:00 – Dinner Service Begins

Appetizer Landscape
A chef’s choice selection of cheeses, crudite, meats and/or fruits
Served with traditional accompaniments, breads and/or crackers

Salad Station
Spring greens with an assortment of toppings to include tomatoes,
Cucumbers, shredded carrots, red onion, black olives & croutons
Served with balsamic vinaigrette and ranch dressing
Accompanied by baked dinner breads, focaccia bread, butter & olive oil

Entre Station
Pan roasted chicken with an exotic mushroom marsala demi-glace
Roasted haddock with a lemon herb crumb & classic beurre blanc
Roasted potatoes, Seasonal vegetable melange

Pasta Station
Penne pasta with house made marinara sauce
Bow tie pasta with broccoli alfredo sauce

Chef’s choice dessert (served) with complete coffee service.
