CHNYC Progressive Meet & Greet on the Docks
Saturday, 16 June, 5-8 p.m.
Here’s How it Works:
- Format will be similar to progressive pot luck except this will be an all-hors d’oeuvre event with BYOB.
- Please bring an appetizer for sharing.
- Attendees will rotate in 15-minute increments from one host boat to the next from 5-7 p.m.
- We will all meet back on the Marina Deck at 7 p.m. to continue the mix/mingle while sharing appetizers.
- Host boats will provide a fun atmosphere for people to mix and mingle
- A horn will sound every 15 minutes indicating it’s time to move on
- For example, if there are 10 host boats and 50 attendees. Attendees will be divided into groups of 5. One group of 5 will start with host boat #1, the second group of 5 will start with host boat # 2, and so on. After 15 minutes, the horn will sound and group 1 will move to host boat # 2, group 2 will move to host boat # 3 and so on.

On the Day of the event:
- Everyone meet at the marina office deck at 4:45 p.m. so attendees can be divided into groups and given directions to the Host Boats.
- Have fun, make new friends!
- Meet back on the Marina Deck at 7:00 p.m. to continue to mix/mingle while sharing appetizers.
