Join CHNYC for tailgating and a Polo match at the Newport International Polo Grounds 250 Linden Lane, Portsmouth, RI 02871 Saturday, September 5th. Grounds open at noon. The match begins at 4 p.m. We will need a few volunteers to get there early when the grounds open to save tailgating spaces. Space-saving volunteers should bring tables and chairs to spread out and stake claim. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. General Parking/tailgating is free. The cost for general admission tickets is $12 per person, which can be paid on the day of the event when you arrive on the grounds. General admission tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Please RSVP to (social@chnyc.us) by September 2nd so we will know how many plan to attend. Please indicate on your RSVP whether or not you can arrive early to save places for the rest of the group. All attendees should bring their own food, drink, blankets/chairs.
