  3. Membership dues for 2024
    1. Per Bylaws 5.1.1, the amount of dues shall be determined annually for the next year at the General Membership meeting
    2. Executive board proposes no change to current dues.
    3. VOTE: Approval of continuance of 2023 dues structure ($50/individual, $60/family).
  4. Appointments of Special Assistants and Election of Officers – J. Schuldheiss
    1. In accordance with Bylaws 4.3 and 4.4, the Executive Board makes the following new appointments for Rear Commodores & Special Assistants

      1. Rear Commodore, Facilities – Pat Tormey (to relieve Anne Mitchell)
      2. Rear Commodore, Racing – Mike Incze
      3. Rhodes 19 Fleet Captain – Seth Moyer
      4. Social Director – Carole Hamel (to relieve Karen Lynch)

2. In accordance with Bylaws 4.7.4, the Nominating Committee makes the following nominations:

        1. Commodore: Monica Blanchard (to relieve Kim Lyons)
        2. Vice Commodore: Jill Skeet (to relieve Colin Nevins)
        3. Executive Rear Commodore: Kim Lyons (to relieve Jeff Schuldheiss)
        4. Treasurer: Charles Jenison, to serve another term
        5. Secretary: Olivia Dube (to relieve Monica Blanchard)
