Register now for a festive end to the 2015 Coasters Harbor Navy Yacht Club season! We will recognize club volunteers and enjoy the fellowship of everyone with cocktails and dinner.  This will be a sit-down dinner so no walk-ins or payment at the door can be accepted. Your registration and payment must be received by no later than close of business on Tuesday, November 10th.

Date: Saturday 14 November

Time: 1800 Cocktails – 1830 Gourmet Dinner

Location: Officer’s Club, Naval Station Newport

Socialize with CHNYC friends enjoying cocktails (no-host bar) and appetizers starting at 1800, followed by a gourmet dinner at 1830 with awards.

The appetizers include:

  • Stationary Display – Cured Meats; Imported and Domestic Cheeses; Crudités; Dips; Breads; Seasonal & Dried Fruits
  • Passed Hors d’ouevres – Shrimp Cocktail. Miniature Short Ribs Wrapped in Bacon, Chicken Saltimbocca, Grilled Chicken Wrapped in Basil, Fontina & Prosciutto; Butternut Squash Bisque Shooter; Fig & Goat Cheese Crostini

Sit-Down Dinner Service begins at 1830 with menu options that include:

  • Fresh Garden Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Artisan Rolls & Butter
     Select 1 of 3 Entree’s from the following
    • Tenderloin of Beef with a Burgundy Mushroom Jus;

or

    • Pan Seared Salmon glazed with a pomegranate reduction, garlic, shallots, ancho chilis, topped with pomegranate seeds

or

    • Vegetarian Option – Chef’s choice
  • Seasonal Starch & Vegetable
  • Apple Cranberry Crisp
  • Coffee/Tea Service

Base Price – $50 per person for members, $60 per person for non-member guests – these prices exclude discounts applied for early registration and payments per below! 

  • Orders and payment made before 4 November – Discounted prices – members $35, $42 non-members
  • Orders and payment made 4 November through 10 November – No discount (members $50, non-members $60)
  • No reservations accepted after 10 November and no walk-ins allowed at the door due to O’Club requirements.

Tax and tip are included in the price
