CHNYC 2026 General Membership Meeting, 18:00 on 15 October.
As CHNYC members, you’ll have the opportunity to nominate and vote on the next slate of executive board members and discuss new business during our next General Membership Meeting (GMM) at 18:00 on Thursday October 15. This meeting will be held via Zoom. Please plan to attend and exercise your member privileges by voting. Zoom Meeting
Per our by-laws, we are required to have 10% of the regular membership to reach a quorum to conduct club business. A list of candidates for the Executive Board will be distributed prior to the event. An email to membership will be sent shortly with information on how to participate.
Send off the season in style at our final event of the year! Join your fellow CHNYC Members and Guests as we celebrate our race champions, Sportsperson of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year, then hit the dance floor with an incredible live DJ. And try your luck in the 50/50 raffle! Spots are filling up fast! The last day reservations will be accepted is Thursday October 15th.
