27th Annual George Winslow Memorial Regatta followed by the Awards Potluck Dinner
Celebrating 27 years, the George Winslow Memorial Regatta celebrates its 27th anniversary on July 24th. The Regatta was launched in 1994 and CHNYC has continued to host the Regatta annually for the Shields and Rhodes 19 fleets.
Following the wonderful night we enjoyed last week at the Meet & Greet, we look forward now to this upcoming weekend and the annual George Winslow Memorial Regatta AND Pot Luck dinner. This is an annual event with the winner’s names engraved on a perpetual trophy that resides at Topsides in the Officer’s Club. Here are the details you need to know:

DATE: Saturday, July 24th
TIME: 1:00-5:00. On the water racing. First signal at 1:00. Three races are scheduled for each Fleet.
5:00-6:30. Awards Ceremony & Pot Luck Dinner
LOCATION: Pavilion near D-Dock at Newport Naval Station Marina

A – G please bring an appetizer;

O – T please bring a side disk;
