Time: 1800 Cocktails – 1930 Plated Dinner Service

Location: Officer’s Club, Naval Station Newport

CHNYC will celebrate the end of the 2019 boating season with a sit-down dinner on Saturday, 2 November 2019, beginning at 6:00p.m. at the Officer’s Club.

Cocktail Hour Begins @ 1800 with a Cash Bar & Stationary Display of International and Domestic Cheeses, crackers, breads, honey, nuts, fresh and dried fruits.

Butler Passed Hors D’oeuvres:

– Stuffed Mushrooms

– Swedish Meatballs

Plated Dinner Service Begins @ 1900:

Entrée Choice of:

– Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Demi-Glaze

– Butternut Squash Ravioli with Pumpkin Cream Sauce

– Swordfish w/Citrus Glaze

Entrée options include a Apple Cranberry Salad (Field Greens, Cranberries, Crumbled Bleu Cheese, Sliced Apples & Toasted Walnuts), Hearth Baked Rolls & Butter, Seasonal Starch & Vegetable

Dessert: Apple Crisp

Complete Starbucks Coffee Service; Reg, Decaf & Hot Tea

Early Registration Discount – Register and pay by Friday October 18, 2019 and pay only $30 pp for CHNYC Members, $32.14 pp for non-members.

No reservations accepted after 26 October and no walk-ins allowed at the door due to final headcount requirements.
