CHNYC Meet & Greet Social – Saturday 11 June
Who: All CHNYC Members and Non-Members
What: Progressive Meet & Greet on the Docks
When: Saturday, June 11th, 5-7 p.m.
RSVP: By June 3th
Here’s How it Works:
- Format will be similar to progressive pot luck except this will be an all-hors d’oeuvre event with BYOB.
- Attendees will rotate in 30- minute increments from one host boat to the next
- Host boats will provide an hors d’oeuvre and a fun atmosphere for people to mix and mingle
- A horn will sound every 30 minutes indicating it’s time to move on
- For example, if there are 10 host boats and 50 attendees. Attendees will be divided into groups of 5. One group of 5 will start with host boat #1, the second group of 5 will start with host boat # 2, and so on. After 30 minutes, the horn will sound and group 1 will move to host boat # 2, group 2 will move to host boat # 3 and so on.
Here’s what you need to do now:
- RSVP as a Host Boat *** OR
- RSVP as an attendee
On the Day of the event:
- Everyone meet at the marina office deck at 4:45 p.m. so attendees can be divided into groups and given directions to the Host Boats.
- Have fun, make new friends!
